All services are by appointment only. Clients are requested to arrive punctually to ensure the full duration of their scheduled service. Arrivals exceeding ten minutes beyond the scheduled time may necessitate rescheduling at our discretion.
Services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits will be applied to the final service total and are not transferable without prior arrangement.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the deposit being retained. Clients who repeatedly fail to attend their appointments may be declined future bookings at our discretion.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to provide sufficient notice may be refused future bookings at our discretion.
We endeavour to ensure client satisfaction, any concerns regarding services must be communicated within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment. Requests beyond this timeframe may incur additional charges.
Full payment for all services is required at the conclusion of the appointment. Accepted payment methods include (e-transfer, tap to pay & cash).
The prices listed are base rates, with any adjustments reflecting factors such as nail art complexity or additional time required. Any price variations are minor and will be communicated prior to starting the service to ensure full transparency.
For the safety and well-being of all clients, services cannot be performed on nails or skin exhibiting infections, open wounds, irritation, or other conditions that may compromise the integrity of the treatment. Additionally, we do not perform corrective or enhancement work over nails previously done at other salons, to ensure the highest standard of quality and safety.
To maintain a professional environment, clients are requested not to bring additional guests or children unless prior approval has been granted.
Weekend bookings are available on a limited basis and incur a 20% surcharge to reflect out-of-hours service. By securing a weekend appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this surcharge and the associated booking terms.
